"Feels a bit overpriced for what you get"
The program is okay and it does what it’s supposed to, but it feels like they’re charging a little more than it’s worth. I didn’t hate it, I just expected a bit more for the price.

"Useful app, but not as simple as it should be"
The app does work here and there, but it feels more clunky than it needs to. Pages can take a bit to load, and I found myself tapping around way too much just to get to basic things. Reading between the lines, it feels like the app has the right features, but they’re not laid out in a way that makes sense for everyday use.
Keeping track of messages and appointments also isn’t as straightforward as I expected. Since this is something I’d need to use fairly often, I really wish it felt smoother and more intuitive. It’s not unusable, just more frustrating than it should be

"Mostly fine, but the delay was annoying"
I’ve been able to get my medication most of the time, so I guess it’s been okay overall. That said, there was one delay, and even though it wasn’t huge, it was still frustrating when I was counting on it being ready. I appreciate that it usually works out, but the hiccup definitely stood out to me.

"Onboarding was okay, but felt a bit ignored"
Signing up was easy, so no real complaints there. The forms did feel longer than they needed to be, and after I sent everything in, I waited around for the next steps without much clarity. It kind of felt like nobody actually read my message or followed up on it. Overall, not a bad experience, just not especially smooth either.

I had to wait a few days just to get basic replies from support. Maybe they’re busy or something, but it did feel longer than it should have.

"Happy I Lost Weight, But Honestly a Bit Frustrated"
I did end up losing some weight, which felt really good and gave me a little confidence boost. But at the same time, I was kind of frustrated because it took way longer than I expected. Some days I felt motivated, other days I was just annoyed with how slow the progress was. The support was fine overall, but not something I’d call amazing. It helped a bit, just didn’t wow me.

"Save your time, the nutrition advice is way too generic"
The nutrition advice felt like stuff you could find in a quick online search. The lifestyle tips were super basic and didn’t really give me anything useful or personalized. Just a save-your-time warning if you’re looking for actual helpful guidance

"Didn’t feel like they really listened"
I was expecting a more personalized experience, but it felt like they just pushed me through the same routine they give everyone. I explained what I was dealing with and asked a few specific questions, but the answers were vague and didn’t really address my situation.

For what it costs, I thought there would be more follow-up and actual guidance. I don’t think the issue was just the overall service either, it felt like the team handling my case didn’t take the time to connect the plan to what I had actually told them.

"Canceling was surprisingly painless"
I was kind of dreading having to cancel because I expected it to turn into this whole annoying thing. But nope, support replied fast, got the refund started, and there wasn’t a ton of back and forth. It did take a few days to show up on my card, but that’s normal. I was ready to be irritated about it, but actually, I’m impressed it was that easy.

"First impression was honestly really good"
From the first time I started using Calibrate, it felt like something that could actually keep me on track without being too intense. I’m usually the type to lose motivation and quit after a while, but the check-ins and little reminders have helped me stay accountable. It feels supportive, not judgmental, and so far it’s been the push I needed

I tried to book an appointment a couple of times, but the times seemed to keep changing on me. I can’t say for sure if it was the website glitching or something on their end, but the emails I got didn’t match what I was seeing online. Either way, it was frustrating and ended up wasting most of my morning

I’m not sure if this is typical, but the clinician messages took days to come back, and I felt stuck waiting for basic answers. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it didn’t feel like the level of support I thought I’d be getting

"Save your time, the coaching wasn’t worth it"
The coaching felt weak. The coach barely checked in, so I didn’t feel like I was getting much support or guidance. If you’re expecting someone to stay involved and actually help you through the process, I’d save your time and look elsewhere.

My experience was kind of hit or miss. Some of the messages came through okay, but a lot of them were confusing, and I ended up having to ask twice just to get basic info. It could definitely be clearer.

"Refills can be hit or miss"
The program itself is okay, but the refills haven’t always been super reliable for me. Sometimes everything goes through with no problem, and other times I’m stuck waiting around and having to message support. It’s not terrible, just kind of frustrating when it happens.
